We accept vouchers from Kettering General Hospital (we have a great relationship with their eye department) and also from other hospitals further away including Moorfields, Birmingham Childrens etc
You just need to bring in the child's hospital voucher (HES form) issued after a hospital appointment or a NHS GOS3 voucher - opticians performing the eyetest should provide some voucher codes we can use. We also love testing kids eyes and can see patients from the age of 3 onwards.
